We replaced our white 4" coilex trims with these to update the look of our basement and kitchen. The reflective interior helps spread the light from the bulb without adding glare. They simply push in to install. These are for housings with fixed-position sockets only (i.e. the bulb or socket is not attached to the trim). Be sure to check the label inside your housing for lamping (bulb type & max wattage).

This was super easy to install, and seems to reflect the light pretty well. But to my eye, they just look a little cheap. Made my kitchen ceiling look like the inside of a cabin cruiser. I think Halo needs to work on their trim designs. There are a couple nice looking ones... but IMO, this isn't one of them.
