I bought some of these for my 8th grade graduates but I had to send them back immediately because the shafts had fiberglass splinters that would have injured my students. These batons are pretty but I won’t bother to purchase them ever again because they are unfinished and unsafe for anyone who does mot want foliculitis.

I like the size of this baton as it is smaller and therefore makes the gesture more intimate. Appropriate for choral/orchestral music when a baton is desired or required.
