I need apple care to help with getting it to work with my iPad. It needs better directions or at least a customer service phone tech dept to answer wuestions.

I love the iPad but I ordered the wrong case. My iPad is set up for touch control at the top. This case does not allow that as the touch is covered. Plus, it is heavy. However, It does protect the iPad. I like how it rests upright. I ordered the key board but have yet to use it. I ordered this iPad because I thought it would be easier to travel with than my computer. The cover is protective for sure. I don’t like that I can’t use the touch and have to enter my sign in every time.

It serves the purpose of, but I physically have to move the keyboard to put it away. If it’s going to stay open all the time it’s great, and the keyboard works very well.

Both ipad and keyboard have a C port, keypad has a mouse, and the case protects the electronics. Well worth the money!

I love the color of this case. The best feature on this case is the fold over flap that protects the iPad almost 360. I honestly haven’t connected the WiFi keyboard as that wasn’t really the feature I was most looking for in a case. The color I got is a beautiful minty blue
