It’s a bit loud but I does a great job. We ground up round beef roast in know time. Would highly recommend this grinder

My first meat grinder and she's a powerhouse!!! In my personal opinion, to sit down and grind anything less than 10lbs of meat at a time is a waste of your time. She will eat through meat faster than you can feed her. You will be amazed with how fast she works.

It's not dishwasher friendly. The color of parts changed after washing with dishwasher. Besides that, works very good.

I loved my Tupperware hand grinder until I developed shoulder discomfort from work. After reading reviews I am happy I chose this item. It is very powerful and fast. It might have been 5 minutes to process about 20 pounds of pork with sinew (which doesn't stop it). It feels very solidly built, but I will update if it breaks down sooner than expected. All the main components are aluminum, so unfortunately cannot be put in the dishwasher. All the parts come apart easily for hand washing. The cutting parts are stainless steel and feel heavy and solid. I would have actually preferred the main parts to be high quality plastic as I love the feel of my Tupperware. The main motor housing is about the size of a toaster so I didn't have a problem finding space in the cupboards for it. The one thing I had a problem with was that the meat came out so fast that it was spewing some of the liquid/meat, most of it you cannot see - I had to drape the entire unit and bowl with a cloth so that I didn't have to worry about contamination. I wish it came with some kind of clear plastic guard you can put up. If you don't want to gamble on a piece of junk on Amazon I would highly recommend this item.
