The ice was still rather large pcs. It is not really slushie sized bits.

This is a great on the go ice shaver/chopper. Takes a good amount of effort to crush ice, but it works.

The ice crusher broke and a large piece of plastic broke into my ice along with a bunch of tiny shards of plastic. It’s not durable enough to break up ice cubes. I don’t recommend buying.

i use the softer ice cubes then the hard ones, and this works just fine with those to chop up the cubes nicely. This creates a nice slush so that I can make desserts with it.
