Update: The seller saw my review and contacted me to see what they could do. They sent me a different holder to replace the first one with a bigger opening. They did not have to do that and I had not contacted them. They took it upon themselves to resolve the issue. Great customer service and back to five starfsThis is made of chrome plated plastic. It looks like it will hold securely to the shower because it has to be screwed in. The problem is the part that grips the shower wand is very small. You can see in the picture that the hand piece barely fits into the holder. You will need a shower handle that has a small connector for this to work well. Took off a star for being plastic and one for the grip size.
