This impresses me as an excellent product. It's very well built and very strong, because it's made of metal. I found it easy to install, you just have to drill a few holes and insert the screws and then it attaches firmly to the wall. The way it's shaped makes it perfect to attach as a hand railing for steps. I'm getting a second one so as to have a safety railing on both sides of the steps. This product is a very good value for the money!

This is a very sturdy handrail and was extremely easy to install. Height I installed it at is perfect for my wife and others who struggle with climbing steps. Height is whatever you want it to be and the dimensions are perfect for what we needed. It looks really nice by my back door and is higher quality than I expected and is a great value for the price.

This rail has a sleek look. I really like the matte black. It fits the area by our back door well in both size and appearance. It was relatively easy to install. We secured it to a brick wall, so we had to use a special bit. At opening I was a little concerned that it was a bit flimsy. However, now that its installed it is sturdy and serves its function.It is currently listed as $49.99. I think it is worth the money.

I installed this at the top of the stairs in my garage- by the kitchen door. It's a job that has needed doing for a while, and this seemed like the right product.First impressions were that it's smaller than it looks in the photo. It seems like a well-made item though; the rail is made from coated tubular steel and is quite sturdy. It's easy to put together- a couple of large screws hold the handle to the backplate, and again that seems stable too.It's easy to install and there's even a couple of spare plugs and screws in the pack. It might be useful if the instructions said what size of drill bit to use for the plugs, but that's a minor quibble- 7mm did the trick.So far the installation seems stable- although I wouldn't like to put the maximum weight to the test- but it's early days yet. It might be a good idea to use drywall anchors if that's where it's being installed rather than the supplied plugs and screws, and I can see myself doing that if it becomes wobbly.Overall a decent hand rail at a reasonable price point, but one star deducted for the misleading photo in the description.Be sure to check the measurements if you're thinking of purchasing this.

I recently fitted the BalaHou handrail to the stairs to my daughter's playhouse. The assembly was straightforward, and it did require a drill and screws into the wood. The handrail is strong, and made well and provides an excellent extra support to the kids as they use the stairs. This is especially helpful for smaller kids who are still learning to balance and coordinate. The handrail is made of high quality iron. It withstand all types of weather conditions, making it a good fit for outdoor use. My kids are able to hold the u-shape if they need extra support, it works well in small hands.
