it was really easy to put together once together and installed. It looked pretty solid. After a few months I noticed that the rack was sagging to one side, pulled over and saw that the welds were broken where it was mounted. Good thing it didn’t completely break while I was driving. that would have been bad! i only had used this for a few months. I wish I could return it or get my money back. But it says the item is currently unavailable and my window to return item is already over.

Easy to install at a decent price. After 4 months, the base broke and luckily didn't fall while driving.
