High density foam material, similar to like a foam football. This is nice so it doesn’t hurt if you miss the catch. This intended as a hand eye coordination tool.As a previous reviewer stated, it does not come with instructions. But basically you toss it in the air or have a partner toss it, with the color to catch decided beforehand and try to catch it on that color.Beyond that not sure what else you could do, seems kind of gimmicky to me, but I thought it has the potential to make a good training tool

This is made of medium dense foam rubber. I am trying out because I’m a softball coach and thought I could use it as a fun way to train players to see and catch the optic yellow when we are stuck inside.I think it’s a bit overpriced and there are no suggestions on how it should be used. But I will come up with some ways to try it out with the team.
