How to adjust length for waist or crossbody leash?
1. For waists length under 120cm, adjust with the 8-loop and put the metal clap hook onto the O-ring.
2. For waists length over 120cm, adjust with the 8-loop to maximum length, put the metal clap hook onto the other end of the O-ring on the leash.
3. For waists length over 120cm, hook the clasp next to the D-ring onto the 8-loop, and the other clasp onto the collar.

Functional and versatile. Not sure it would last long if my dog decided to chew on it but it’s strong enough to hold my 65lb dog. Makes our walks a bit easier with the option to hold him close if I need to. I’m not to comfortable with having the leash wrapped around my waist because my dog like to pull but being able to clip him on to my belt loop really gives me more freedom with my hands. Also has a great reflection strip

I love the iridescent color but that's all it has going for it. If I haven't already made my own iridescent hand-free dog leash I would use the Tiesenci leash as material for creating one. The bends in the material will take a while to lay flat. Wearing it as a crossbody was tight and uncomfortable around the shoulders. The clip is heavy so be mindful of how it will hang on your dog's collar or harness.

I wanted a hands-free leash to wear crossbody when I walk my small Chihuahua (10 lbs). This hands-free leash is advertised as for small dogs weighing 6 lbs to 30 lbs and claimed to be adjustable to wear crossbody, but it didn’t seem to work for me.No matter how I adjusted this leash, it was too short to be worn crossbody and still have sufficient length to reach my small dog. Also, it doesn’t include instructions on how to adjust it to match the product photo of a person wearing it crossbody.Plus, it’s super heavy because of the large metal claps and the leash material is polyvinyl chloride (feels like silicone rubber), which is not ideal for my small dog. However, material is easy to clean and waterproof.Overall, I don’t recommend this hands-free leash to anyone who wants to wear it crossbody to walk their small dog.

Don’t buy any other leash than this one! I have 2 now and am recommending them to my friends! So many things that it can do and it’s awesome! I love the bungee aspect a LOT!

UPDATE: So just adjust the band wrapping around you and clip it into the metal ring. It still just "works", and a fault with the design is if you have a big dog, in combination with the clip, it has the possibility of ripping your fingers unlike buckle design equivalents. I've upgraded my review 1 star, but I still would not call this an optimal design.Wanted something to replace my previous waistband based leash. This leash advertises as a cross body and waist looping leash. While the material seems durable, and the stitching seems somewhat solid, the design of the looping mechanism is ... wanting. According to the demo video, they use it by looping the band through the clip, except the band barely fits through the clip. It's like getting a long roll of office paper and trying to loop it through a mountain climbing clip. You can imagine, you basically have to just keep rolling it inside the clip until the entire width of the band makes it through. The band itself is just so flat and wide that you basically have to twist and squish it into the clip to get it looped through.

Great for easy walking/running if you need to be hands free for any reason or if your dog pulls enough maybe it’s easier to use your body. The leash is made of very strong thick materials, is reflective, is adjustable so it stays in place and is comfortable to wear.
