Works exactly as advertised and easy to install! Just make sure you screw it into wood!

Not the same size.. I got 4 of the they look similar but both sets are different sizes.. I would say quality control is not as good as it should be. Not sure how many to order to get 4 of the same size as I only order two sets..Seems decent quality just not the same! Could make it difficult to hang something from four corners and have it level

No issues, is currently holding an approximately 30 lb heater on my back porch with zero issues. Can't speak to it holding any more weight than that.

This chain is a good size. We were trying to find black chain for a porch swing. Ideally we wanted longer, which I'm finding difficult to find, so I believe I can use several of these and hold them together with the carabiners. They are a nice, shiny black, and look good, which is what we wanted. The chain itself is 40" long. The carabiners are each 3", although you lose a tiny bit once they're hooked it but it makes just under 46" in total. It was difficult to hold the chain full length for a photo but I showed the close up of part of the chain, to show the size of the links. I hope this is helpful.

I have a gazebo frame over my 10x12 patio, and after the cover degraded and fell apart, I decided not to replace it. Instead, I got an umbrella-style clothesline and hung it from the center peak of the gazebo frame using a swivel hook at the top and then this chain connected to it with the carabiner end at the of the chain bottom that I hooked through the top of the clothesline pole. I can easily adjust the length by sticking the swivel hook through a link that allows the umbrella pole to clear the ground just enough so the pole can swivel. I use a pair of beach umbrella weights on either side to stabilize the clothesline. There is nothing to impede closing it up if I need to, but I’m probably just going to leave it open. Now my patio is majorly functional! Instead of dumping a bunch of junk on it, I have this marvelous clothesline that doesn’t take up any room in the yard, and because I am a renter, I didn’t have to make permanent alterations to install the ground post for the clothesline. And it spins freely in the wind! Truly air-dried and sun-dried clothes! I could not be more thrilled with how well this chain worked to make an idea a reality. Very strong, so I know it can hold whatever weight I throw at it.

...application would want a safety factor of at least four. But, using four of these chains to support a 100 pound, two person swing-seat seems pretty reasonable.

I used these chains to hang up a sunshade while on my last camping trip. These were high quality chains that worked well and lasted through the inclement weather of rain and snow with no issues. I highly recommend.
