As soon as I received it I tested it. Works fine. With my led unit which is rated 30-38v this power supply has 45v on output. Not 24-36 as advertised. I would definitely buy 30-40 of them and would love to give a higher rating but the price went from 9.99 to 14.99 right after I received it.

Mainly got this for bench testing, not any specific repair. When working on a Homewerks LED bath light fixture it was putting out 30V @ 2A, still operating fine after 20 hrs straight. Driver was quite warm, as expected. Not hot though. As it's only rated for 1.5A the operating life would likely be greatly reduced if left alone. But has held up fine for the reasonably short burst. Though that particular light was reasonably small so will need to verify this driver wouldn't be undersized for your application.

So far so good. Only has been working for 3 nights. I have it powering an 18w rated outdoor spot light that the driver burned out. Seems to be a decent quality, but time will tell if it really is.
