I was looking for a very basic MP3 player without Bluetooth to reduce wireless usage in my bedroom. I put my favorite mp3 files on a usb drive and was able to play it with this simple boom box. Compact size and runs off a standard US plug. Glad I was able to find this to eliminate cellphones in my bedroom.

The radio broke within a couple weeks of my having it. I am disabled and I do not have reliable transportation and cannot return the item. But I want a refund. So upset by this experience. I would not recommend this product.

very easy to use, adorable size, and great quality for the price! i think this product deserves better ratings than what people give it bc you can’t expect top-tier quality from older technology. in my opinion, i enjoy the “lower quality” sound, but i also took that into account when purchasing this. great product with fast shipping, totally recommend!!

I bought this so that I could make my own white noise playlist on a usb stick to play all night while I sleep. I thought this would be a cheaper solution than buying a white noise machine. This way, I can make my own white noise, whether it's just static, or nature sounds, whale sounds... you get it.Anyway, when I first opened the box, I was impressed with how lightweight this item is. Because of that, I expected the sound quality to be garbage. Boy was I wrong! The sound, listening to a CD or the radio, is clear and strong! I was especially impressed with the radio stations this was able to pick up since we live in a rural area with high powerlines crossing our property. Not a problem. Honestly, this player is OUTSTANDING!Easy to operate. The pink color leans more toward a purple, but for me, I really couldn't care less about the color.I am VERY happy with this purchase! Oh, it arrived a day early in good condition too.

The sound is really good. I bought this item especially because of the usb import and that it was compact. It is not heavy and definitely takes little space so bringing it from one place to another is quite easy. I am pleasantly surprised. So far works great.

We use this at work to calm our dogs down and relaxation. The sound quality is good for CDs and it’s very easy to use by different people. The service where we are is not always great for finding radio stations, but when we do find them, the quality is also good.

We tried 3 USBs - one ended up working with this player, hence 4 stars.Make sure your USB is a "better" brand/quality. Because this boombox is on the cheaper side, the manufacturer didn't make it compatible with all USB standards out there, cheap and expensive, old and new. So only a "better" quality USB will work with this boombox, while others won't work even if they work fine on your PC. Also, remember to format your USB using FAT32 in case it's using a different file system. At least, others didn't work for us.Other than that, everything works well: a few radio stations, CDs, and the boombox can play cordless using huge "C" batteries if you want to take it somewhere.

It works. Just a cheap $20 radio, would have been better off buying one from a thrift store. Power supply hums / buzz inside. I bought it for the bird and dog during the day so they have something besides dead silence. I have it on a wifi timer and use the FM radio. Stations will not stay tuned in. The CD and USB work great unfortunately when you kill the power and turn it back on its looking for a CD and not the USB so i just use FM part. So i still give it 3 stars

It took a minor amount of time to figure it out. Guess I should have looked at the instruction sheet. Cd, MP3 cd, USB with 100 songs on works good. Radio is excellent. One thing I found out when I read the instruction sheet is that the AM radio has a built in antenna and the other antenna works only for FM stations. I highly recommend to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST.
