My child and I originally loved this item but it just stopped working the other day! It was a gift so no protection plan was purchased and it should’ve lasted a lot longer, it's been less than 2 years. Now my baby doesn’t have anything to listen to when it's nap time. So disappointed!!!

**Update: seller addressed my concern and exceeded my expectations by sending a new player. They tested the new player to be sure it wasn’t defective like my previous one. It works great!! No humming sound. First player was defective. Excellent customer service!Player works fine to play Cd for kids bedtime, however..when music stops it has a constant humming sound that is real annoying. The only way it stops is to unplug the player from power source. Inconvenience.

This radio works well in my shed workshop, BUT if you move it around, the cord moves just enough, so that it disconnects, and won't work until you reposition the cord, by removing it from the back of the radio, and reinsert it back into the radio, EVERY TIME.This has to be a design flaw, because I've read other reviews that also mention this problem.

I bought this as a simply-operated cd player for my elderly mum. The sound is better than I would have expected. I just added larger labels so she could find the buttons and their purposes.

I felt nostalgic for a whole stack of CD's I could no longer play. I was not looking for the latest and greatest with a host of fancy features. This CD Player is compact, portable,easy to use and reasonably priced. Best of all I can play my CD's again and recapture all the memories, good and sad, that are part of my music and life. Since it arrived I am enjoying some of my favorite music again and singing along tuneslessly but happily. I should have bought this long ago but it is great to have it now. I am totally satisfied with this product.Alex

Cuenta con un gran audio de buen rango es muy intuitivo no tuve que leer el instructivo el radio agarra muy bien el único detalle que le encuentro es que la entrada de cable le queda como grande al cable y se sale si lo mueves pero si se queda en un solo lugar no se desconecta supongo que si lo usas con pila no es problema

I purchased this item for my husband, who is in a nursing home. He is recovering from a serious injury and unable to walk or take care of himself. I wanted him to be able to listen to our CDS which have old songs. I installed 6 brand-new batteries so that he wouldn't be restricted to an area with an outlet. As soon as I started the music, he started singing along. He really enjoyed it, and I was pleased. A few days later, a friend visited him. She tried to play music for him, and discovered that it wouldn't play. When I visited him, I tried plugging it in, and it worked. So, I unplugged it to move it closer to him, plugged it back in, and it wouldn't play. I took it home, tested the batteries, and found that all 6 brand new cells were weak. But, that doesn't explain why it wouldn't work when I plugged it in. I returned it and ordered another. I started it up with another 6 new batteries, and it worked fine when I tested it at home. But, when I brought it to my husband at the nursing home, it wouldn't play on battery power. It played when I plugged it in. I plan to bring my battery tester to the nursing home to find out whether this CD player is really depleting batteries this fast. If so, I might have to return this one as well, and purchase a CD player which doesn't run through batteries after such a short time.
