These cast iron serving plates are excellent. To maintain their non-stick quality and prevent rusting, it's essential to season them before or after the first use. Without protection, they will rust quickly due to the nature of cast iron.

After receiving this product we tried it with sizzling steaks. It serve one serving, which was fine. However after only 1 used and after one wash, the plate was rusted. Bad quality for $ 30.00
