Applications

Self-adhesive edge banding is widely used on tables, cabinets, shelves, chairs and and any corners or edges you want. It can adhere well to a variety of materials. The bendable veneer edging provides a decorative and finished look to the edges of furniture or other applications.

Available colors are white, grey, black, brown, beige, red, yellow, blue, green and available widths are 9mm (9/25"), 12mm (15/32"), 14mm (9/16"), 18mm (23/32"), 20mm (25/32"), 22mm (7/8"), 25mm (1"), 28mm (1-3/32"), 30mm (1-3/16"), 32mm (1-1/4"), 36mm (1-13/32"), 40mm (1-9/16").

Features

Highly Flexible TPE (Thermoplastic Rubber) - TPE edge banding is highly flexible, allowing it to easily conform to curved or irregular surfaces, and provides excellent impact resistance, protecting the edges of furniture or other items from damage. TPE material offers excellent durability, ensuring long-lasting performance and protection.

Acrylic Glue - Self-adhesive backing requires no additional adhesive or fasteners, making installation quick and easy. The acrylic adhesive on the back adheres securely to a variety of surfaces, ensuring long-lasting adhesion without the risk of peeling or falling off.

U-Shape Design - U-shape design makes installation quick and simple, as it can be easily slid onto the edge and secured in place.

Edge Banding

Usage

  1. Remove the protective backing from the adhesive and carefully align the edge banding with the edge of the surface.
  2. Begin adhering one end and gradually apply pressure along the length to ensure proper adhesion.
  3. After installation, trim excess edge banding for a clean and neat look.

Note:

Make sure the surface to which the edge banding is to be applied is clean, dry and free of dust, grease or debris to ensure proper adhesion. Measure the length required for the edge banding and cut it to the appropriate size.

After applying the edge banding, press firmly and hold for a few seconds to ensure optimal bonding between the adhesive and the surface.

I bought this to replace old retro silver counter trim in my mom's 1961 home. It matches her counter tops perfectly! We plan using additional adhesive glue to make sure it stays. Considering the price of everything these days, I am completely satisfied with the price also.

I just DYI’ed my kitchen countertops and used this product as a trim around the edges. It looks beautiful and was very easy to work with. So happy. I need three more rolls for additional projects, but currently out of stock. Hope to get it soon.NOTE: The new product is not the same shade of white. Removed a small strip, replaced it with the new and finished with the new, all looks great. POINT: Order more than you think you will need. You may not have a color match when the new product arrives.
