I can fit all three of these in my medium non-stick pan (I think it's 10"), but the pan isn't quite flat on the bottom, so even with everything well preheated I had a lot of seepage out from under the rings. I sprayed everything with olive oil and the eggs released with a little "encouragement" from a silicone spatula. I also used one of them to press out heart shapes from a couple slices of bread and toasted those. They are not cookie cutters, but were able to break through some store bought sandwich bread. They are a little small for eggs, though, so I had to urn the heat down low and cook slowly so that the eggs would cook through without burning. I think they could work well for pancakes.My biggest complaint is that one of mine had a small burr on it that caught my finger when I was washing them for the first use.
