The description is deceptive. There is a photo of 2 wheels and another photo stating 2 wheels (I have screen shot) with quantity of 1 pack. I ordered 2 expecting 4 total wheels but only got 2 total. Was this intentional? As for the quality of the wheels, they seem sturdy but I'm angry about being misled with the word salad description.

This wheels worked perfect for replacing my broken gate wheel. The gate had one wheel prior but adding the second wheel made it so much more durable.

Unfortunately, this is too heavy duty and won't work on my aluminum gate. The wheel is much too heavy and will break the thin aluminum tubing. It is really well made and heavy duty, sturdy and durable. Great for thick and heavy steel or wood. My tip is to consider what material you will be using before buying. Mine went back.

works.enough clearance for the wheel to spin/reverse without hitting gate.I think its just the nature of these wheels and the gates that need them.Our gate gets a little wonky when moving it as the pressure to lift is also forcing the gate up which pushes it kinda diagonally.Ultimately i think we need to redo the gate and gate support so this isnt needed.Works and does what its intended for, just not my long term solution.

I had a side gate that was sagging along with some other gates on my property due to poor craftsmanship by previous renovators. Although I could have either fixed the gate with some 2x4s or build a new gate completely, I needed a quick fix before I put some time away to take care of that. That’s where this gate wheel comes into play. The side gate I used this for was a single swing out with a simple locking latch and over the past few months with the rain and all, it started to sag a bit. This prevented smooth latching, which I needed to correct. Aesthetically it isn’t the most pleasing to look at as it does stick out quite a bit, but the overall use of this item for me was to fix a problem, which it did. The hardware included worked just fine and I think for the price of this item, it’s worth every penny. The wheel doesn’t wobble and the swiveling is smooth. Very easy to install.
