Just spent 2 hours trying to get one brace on corner post s done..This product will not grip the the wire so it can be tightened .I never expect a lifetime of usage from product like this but i do expect them to work for a while enough i can complete my small fencing job . DO not buy this piece of crap

It works pretty good. Heavy metal, works like an old school car jack. Will not close up tight, leaves about 8 - 12 inches open jaw, put then it is just a stretcher. Just have to extend it again, rehook and jack on in some more. Overall works good.

This item is a lot larger and heavier than it looks in the listing pictures. It has a lock on it so it will not pop off. It’s relatively easy to use. Not much for instructions, but it’s not a challenge to use. There are lots of online videos for similar products in case you need to see how it’s done.This tool is made in China and being sold by Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of fifty-six bucks I’m sure it’s well over twice the price it should be, but overall I’m quite happy with it.
