If you look at the item pictures, the one that says “other sellers” ,the one that’s silver. That’s the one I got. The quality is horrible. Definitely not worth the money.

The so-called steel bushing seemed loose. And I easily could break it out, while testing if this is going to last. The description showed a fully-around welded one. It was not even spot welded. Also, the axle for the roller is not welded. Both ends seemed more like compression fit, riveted. Definitely not made to last!

In short; it doesnt fit. Too big: it pinches against the clutch, and the spring is too stiff. I had to bend the spring just to get it on and even so the arm itself is too big. Also, the roller is just cheap plastic, in comparison to the metal roller bearing on the stock unit. Do not get for the Colman CT200U.

A little light for my needs. I used it as a chain tensioner for a sawmill that used a bicycle chain to drive the sawblade. A unique use of the tensioner, admittedly. Time will tell how long it lasts.

Not the same as the item description. Nothing was welded, only pressed. The roller pin flexes and bends when the chain is tight. Makes a ton of noise. But, it works, and it was one day delivery so that was awesome. Keeps the chain from grabbing the case and keeps it tight so the chain doesn't pop off the sprocket.

Update, the rollers sucks. All 4 have split in 2. One of them didn’t last 8 trips around the block. One of them didn’t last 3 trips around the block. One lasted about 3 hours total and yesterday one have out after about an hour of ride time.Great piece for swaps and hassle free chain tension. Addition hardware make the use of the product better. If you have all the factory hardware and roller from your DB30 you can make it work. For a cleaner, safer lasting install addition hardware is needed.

i used this on a vintage mini bike whose rear sprocket was welded to the hub incorrectly, thus having the chain tighten at one point but loose in another. i mounted the tensioner to the frame without utilizing the spring included. i adjusted the tensioner at the loosest part of the chain for proper tension, and tightened in that position. works perfect, chain no longer comes off sprocket. i did use several washers to shim tensioner to the desired location for my application.

Needed a chain tensioner on my old style Doodlebug that's running a 212 Predator and TAV. It works great. I didn't bother using the spring that came with it and just set it manually before torquing the hell out of the bolt that holds it on with an impact. No complaints and will be buying another for a different mini bike project I have. You will need to have a bracket that's welded to the frame to mount this on a mini bike.

Good value sturdy design/ build. 10$ u can't beat the price!I used mine on a couple minibikes. You are probably going to have to mod your own mount/ pivot.
