I never chain my dog up, unless I am outside with her. I was using a cable tie up and she was always chewing on it. Now with the chain, she doesn't chew on the chain. But remember, I am always with her outside when she is chained up. I don't believe in that.

I have two dog that way about 130 each. I use make my own tie outs but thought I would try buying one complete after seeing these one on Amazon. Total satisfied with the purchase.

This is a great chain for my dog when I let him out ok the yard for a while only downside is it will rust when exposed to the outside and rained so it’s expected also wish it was a little bit longer

Works well to turnout our Anatolian to go outside for a while every day-multiple times a day.Anatolians do not do enclosures very well. They are wanderers,diggers and jumpers by nature. They are also extremely territorial and can be aggressive. So it was very important to get a strong enough chain as this dog had repeatedly gotten loose from his former owners ,we’re his 3rd and last ones! :)! I looked for hardware that I would trust to literally hold a horse and chain that was smooth so that it could not harm the dog as he has scars from his first owners using an inferior chain when he was a puppy that wrapped around his leg and cut him.This dog needed to be restrained when outside but we had to build trust too and this chain has worked well. He has enough chain to gambol around and dig his giant moonscape holes(another breed trait) but it will not harm him or break. He’s a completely different dog now and doesn’t resent being on his chain because he lives in our house and has the attention he always needed but when he does go out we know he will still be there when we bring him back in.

Perfect if you have two dogs who don't need a lot of room to run. Light enough for my two y.o. Frenchie butstrong enough for my 70×× Old English bulldog. Priced right and the hooks open wide so you can place your dogs leash handles in them with ease.
