Great quality materials and hardware. What I like about this hanger bracket is first, very stable, then it's heavy duty. Most I like it swivels, so you can lock it in place turning a knob, and when not in use it can be swiveled and tucked out of the way. Good value for what you get, well pleased. Super fast shipping

I really like the ability to adjust the length of the arm. I can move it back and forth as needed. I can also swing it out of the way when I am not using it. It is very well built, and the installation was a breeze.

LTSEAME Heavy Duty Punching Bag HangerThis hanger is strong, and rugged. It is designed quite well, however, with powerful blows the bar can be knocked loose and swivel. The bar could be a bit more snug in the holder, it wobbles and makes noise with every hit. Even when fully extended the bag (heavy bag, not a punching bag) can still be knocked into the wall.The hanger comes with expansion screws for installation. If you can , I would recommend using screws in the two top center most holes, if positioned properly, they should both be able to secure into a 2x4 wall stud for extra security.Being a wall mount it does allow better mobility around the bag than the stand alone bag holders, which I find a nice addition.Fairly nice, but I feel it could use a bit of refinement.3.5 starsExplaining my rating system:5 - a superior product - I would highly recommend4 - above average – a great choice3 - average – what one might generally expect2 - below average – I would advise seeking an alternative1- Horrible – a waste of your valuable money - avoid if at all possible

I am very happy with this heavy duty, punching bag hanger! It is very sturdy and holds my 100 pound bag with no problem. It’s made of steel and feels like it will last a long time. Highly recommended!
