Easy to install and supports my 80ish pound bag very well. However, it is very noisy in use, and I wish there was a way to either make it more quiet or put some sort of padded sleeve around it to dampen the noise.

Got this for a swing we installed in our bedroom. The swivel makes it easy to spin the swing around for easy access to both ends! My wife felt completely safe and confident suspended by this swivel hanger.

The hanger has a solid quality, I am using it for 80lbs boxing punching bag. The bearings are so smooth that the bag starts spining if you hit it even slightly off its center. The ball bearing on my unit is stainless steel colour (not golden like on the photos), which I actually prefer.

The picture is exactly what you get, the problem is the length of chains.If your ceiling height is 7 feet you will not have a problem as the top of the bag will be properly aligned with the top of your head. With any other " average" ceiling the bag sits to high and will need to be lowered...the product should have come with chains that are at least 10-12 inches longer so the user could adjust the height without having to go to the local hardware store.
