The Tool Box arrived with the door completely broken off from the box. All of the cheap pop rivets that should have secured the door were rolling around the interior of the box. When I returned the box, I was not refunded the shipping costs, in excess of $30.00. If I had returned the box because I didn't like or some other stupid reason, I could see not returning the shipping. But, when the box arrived broken because of inferior materials. I should have received the shipping refunded
