For anywhere you need grip tape, the actual tape and the texture seem to be robust and works great! We use these for a fairly dark stairwell into a stage control area. The glow in the dark feature is kind of a gimmick. It can charge all day and only provide maybe a couple minutes of glow before it isn’t really worthwhile. But that’s ok, I don’t expect it to glow like an LED strip all night. Time will tell how long it lasts, but it appears to be well made!

The glow in the dark grip tape worked well for my ramp into my shed. I've almost slipped so many times in the ramp it got old. Rather than deal with getting hurt I wised up and installed this tape. You get a good amount for a fair price.The grip is good and I no longer slip. I'll have to report back on the glow in the dark function and how well the tape adheres over time. Mine is installed on wood so worst case I can staple it .* update the tape adhesive is not good enough to.stick to wood. It will need to be stapled *

This heavy-duty anti-slip tape is exceptionally designed and well made. The adhesive is suitably strong when applied to a smooth, prepped surface. The contrasting pattern is strikingly noticeable and conspicuously textured with a fine to medium grit. Plus, the glow-in-the-dark functionality charges quickly in sunlight, is bright, and a helpful addition.While I have no doubt this tape would make excellent non-skid, highly visible all-weather stair treads, I actually ordered these rolls to create an outdoor “parking spot” that my self-driving car could recognize. And boy, did this work GREAT!The two-inch-wide, black/green/black contrasting pattern provided a highly visible and distinguishable set of markings for the “parking spot.” The all-weather durability and strong adherence made for a long-lasting installation once I cleaned and prepped my driveway. Furthermore, the glow-in-the-dark green material made the contrasting lines visible even at night with charging from the sun during the day.At $15.99, the two-roll pack is a great deal, and I plan on having some on hand at all times. The exceptional design, longevity, high visibility, and non-slip functionality of this tape will be useful in dozens of scenarios. I would recommend this product.

This is a roll of antislip tape with adhesive backing. It also features a reflective strip for increased visibility.Big problem with this is that the adhesive doesn't stick to any surface. Perhaps you could use some glue, or better yet, just get some other any slip tape.

Got this anti-slip tape for my shed ramp, and it’s nice and heavy-duty. It sticks well, but make sure to prep the surface first and apply weight and pressure for 24 hours before using, it helps secure the bond.The grip is solid, and it holds up great outdoors, but the glow-in-the-dark strip doesn’t work as well outside as I hoped.

The tape arrived packaged well and undamaged. I would describe the grit of the tape to be medium to fine. As shown on the Amazon site there is a glow stripe along the middle of the tape. The glow stripe also has a non-slip grit to it. My first use of the tape was on an untreated wooden transition step that goes from my house into the garage. The step was wide enough that I could use three sections of tape. I first cleaned the step as good as I could with some soap and water. I then let the step dry for a day and applied the tape. I cut enough tape off the roll so I could tuck the down and under the edge of the step. I then used a staple gun on the step edge to give the tape a little extra hold. I pressed down all along the tape to make sure it had good contact with the 20 year old wood. This step isn't exposed to weather but it does get a lot of dirty boot traffic and some snow from boots in the Winter. I didn't have any issues with the tape adhering to the steps. I feel no movement in the tape when walking on it. The garage area is lite by some overhead LED lighting or from the outside when the main garage door is open. No direct sunlight can reach the steps where the tape is placed. The tape is being charged primarily from the LED lighting. When I turned the lights off I was unimpressed with the tapes glow. As you can see in the photo my kids glow-in-the-dark stars below the door were brighter. As an experiment I put the tape in direct sunlight for a few minutes then brought it into the dark garage. The photo of me holding the roll of tape shows a much brighter glow. So a lot depends on where you place this tape. It needs to absorb light energy in order to release it. Don't expect it to glow overnight. It starts dimming right away and then slowly fades out. It all depends on how much light it gets.

This is overall nice grip tape, and the glow in the dark is a nice addition. I tried applying it to my wooden steps, and the adhesive doesn't stick well at all. The steps are painted, and I cleaned the surface well before applying, and made sure to press hard along the whole tape stip to try to make it stick, but it released almost immediately. Maybe it sticks better to different surfaces, but most tape sticks to the stairs without an issue.
