I'm using this to bundle firewood. The 5/8 inch thick PET strapping is very strong and works well. The tools are nicely powder coated and look to be very well made. I have not used a strapping tensioner before - the directions were not great but the video on the amazon page was extremely helpful - and I figured it out quickly. These tools are reasonably small, and easy to store. The 1000' feet of strapping is not that heavy and easy to move around as needed. The clamping too works great and the clamps hold very well. Could not be happier with this set of tools.

Super nice, heavy duty strapping kit. Everything is included, no problems with the construction or design, and it's already been used around our farm.

This is a great starter kit for demanding strapping jobs. These are big, capable tools with a lot of torque behind them. The finish is a bit crude in a few areas, but the actual structure/frame of the tensioner and crimper are very thick and durable. The included instructions are a little confusing, but on the Amazon listing you'll find a tutorial video that fully explains the process in about 15 seconds.

Wow these are strong . I had to watch a video to figure out how to clamp it with the bands. The ratching part is easy the clamp is a little tricky though to learn .It's a great price for 2k feet I'm amazed how much banding there is. I need a log bridge over my pond for frogs and wild life to hide and this banded together logs like a champ it functions good.
