Part is slightly too large and holes are all off by 1/4 inch. When you try to return you are expected to pay return shipping. Do not waste your money!!

As stated by many reviewers before me, many of the holes do not line up and require modification to make this fit.Vehicle: 2017 Kia Sorento

Not quite an exact fit but easy to fix. All.holes did not line up exactly but material is pliable enough to make holes in correct position. Would recommend if you are comfortable making slight modifications

While the item appears visually to be a match for the factory part, it isn't. The screw holes don't line up correctly. It cost me additional dollars to have it professionally mounted.
