Plastic snapped on base holding the back. Only the 2nd time I used it. Now I have a sloppy back support. Should have kept the original JD seat and added more duct tape

The seat fit just fine, however the switch in the seat was a different story. The hole for the switch was too big for the one out of the original seat. Also, in the padding of the original there is a bump that pushes on the seat and closes it when you sit down. No such bump on this one and it will not contact the switch. So, I cut the bump out of the original padding, trimmed and glued it in place. Also had to glue the switch itself into place. John Deere X530
