There is no instructions. There is no way to attach them to a helmet strap. I suggest you save your money and don't buy these.

Doesn't come with instructions! Looked it up online doesn't come with other necessary clip thing and you have to cut your helmet strap and sew it on I don't feel that's safe for my children's 4wheeler helmets!!

This doesn't fit a single helmet strap at all DOT or Snell. And there is not solution here from the seller as of yet, and I have reached out... this was a waste of my money.

Motorcycle strap is too wide to fit the quick release...probably made to fit narrower strap of a bicycle helmet.

This quick release would have to be sewn to the helmet, or the helmet modified. I do not recommend this product as there are others out there that will not require modification. Also, it does not come with any installation instructions.
