Easy to install, works well in an older home to create a spa like shower setting without the spa prices. I love the rain head for washing my hair and the wand for washing my daughter. The only thing I was disappointed in was the length of the wall pipe connecting pipe as I couldn't install the filter

It didn't come with the valve. Kinda hard to install without a valve.

Love this shower head. Creates a spa like feeling in my bathroom. Changing the filter may be difficult for me and I'll need someone's help. That is why I dropped one star. Otherwise love it.

Nice quality and easy to install. Everything needed for installation is in the box including wrench and abundance of Teflon tape ! Installation takes about 30 minutes to an hour depending on prior handy man skills but really easy for anyone to install, has good instructions. Also comes with optional water-saver inserts and washers required by some state codes. Would definitely recommend & purchase again for another shower !

Order arrived when expected, well packaged & undamaged.Combo shower kit with filter was easy to unpackage, glance at instructions & install all within 30 minutes. This is a game changer that the water filter is attached before the combo showerheads... thank you Hibbent! Hibbent products are well made & warrantied which is why I buy them & this is no exception. I have used this for at least 4 months now & love it! The oil rubbed bronze color is impressive & looks high-end. The handheld has the spray options I like with great water pressure because I'm a water gal & like my options for a luxurious shower. I definitely can tell the filter is working on my sensitive skin with my shower water feeling so much softer. My skin is not dried out & itchy after my shower from the chemicals & fluoride they use in my water locality. I also bought the replacement filter @ a good cost when I purchased this, but yet to use. It is recomnended to change filter out every 6 months as needed, but I shower a minimum of every other day, the water is still soft & so is my skin. I wish Hibbent would make a whole house water filter like this one. Would buy this again!

I just don't know what to say this is an awesome shower it outperforms from any shower I ever had. I plan on buying more for family and friends soon. I was overly thrilled with the supplies and the one tool that came with it the wrench comes in handy and the tread tape, extra filters and gaskets are a big plus you really can't go wrong with this shower head I recommend this to anyone wanting an upgrade.

I bought this eating too have a shower that has a filter. We noticed the water wouldn't come in with to the shower head, it either drips, or comes in very low. This happens from both the handheld and rain shower head. The water would even get cold and wouldn't get warm for over 5 mins during a shower. It is driving us crazy. So we decided to remove the filter. Oh my the water pressure was amazing, and it never went cold. So the plumber was correct in the fact that the filter has a pressure control sensor or something of that kind in it, but we couldn't figure out why it would go cold. I plan to reach out to the company and Amazon. This was very pricy. I have to now purchase a new shower for my newly renovated bathroom. DO NOT BUY THIS
