shower head was nice and worked well but when i opened the box it was in all the stuff looked like it wasn’t packaged correctly like someone threw it back in and returned it. i was missing 2 filters and the mesh washer pieces were already opened and some even in the correct places already like in the hose connection. it’s not like it was dirty and used i just wish i had all the filters and stuff

I didn’t realize how bad my old shower head was until I installed this one. This combo gives a super relaxing rain shower from the top head and a strong, adjustable handheld spray that makes rinsing off (and cleaning the tub) way easier.One of my favorite things about it is the filter system — I have hard water, and it’s made a noticeable difference. My hair feels softer, and I don’t get that dry, itchy skin after showering anymore. The fact that both heads are filtered is a huge plus.Installation was really simple — no plumber needed. It took me less than 15 minutes, and the instructions were easy to follow. The 69” hose is long enough to reach everything easily without feeling awkward, which is great for rinsing your feet, kids, or even pets.It looks super sleek in matte black, and the quality feels solid — not cheap plastic like some others I’ve tried. The water pressure is strong, but still relaxing, and there are multiple spray settings on the handheld that are actually useful.If you’re looking for a shower upgrade that also helps with hard water, this is honestly such a good investment. I look forward to my showers now!

Just got this shower head set — haven’t installed it yet, but I already love the look and features. It’s hard to find one with both a handheld and a rain shower head that also has built-in filters at this price. The design is sleek, and it feels like a good upgrade for a modern bathroom. I’ll update later once we test it out after renovation, but for now I’m excited about it!

This shower head is a fantastic addition—easy to install, thanks to clear instructions and included gaskets. Although the Teflon tape wasn’t necessary, I used it for extra security, and there were no leaks. The button-release mechanism allows smooth rotation for adjustable spray angles, perfect for my short shower arm. The black finish looks sleek. Its spray settings include water-saving, mist, and various jet combinations, all with excellent pressure. The water-saving mode is especially useful when assisting someone with mobility issues. The flexible hose is a great length, and the included filter may benefit those with hard water. Highly recommended.
