We needed to replace the mechanism from a 35yr old Regulator clock that hasn't been moved that whole time. Didn't matter that we wore watches or could look at cell phones/computers to get the time. That wall clock was our go to for time. Seller was quick to respond when first one arrived broken, the second one was sent quickly and worked great. We are VERY HAPPY with this product. It took 5 minutes to replace. Works great! hopefully this part will last for many years. Thank You!

First I had to return the minute hand was like a second hand and the second one it works but the pendant swings more to one side even after turning the body more to the opposite side

My old wall clock fell and the Pendulum clock movement broke. I had the clock for 21 years. I was going to replace it and took a chance to get the Hicarer kit as it was not expensive. It was super easy to install, but the hands that it came with were too small. I used the old clock hands, but had to make slight adjustments to them to fit it onto the new mechanism. This was the trickiest part, as it has to fit snugly on the shaft in order to keep time. The old pendulum fit perfectly on the new mechanism, and my pendulum has not stopped swinging since.

Our clock stopped working and I was very close to buying a “direct replacement” of the model that was in the clock. That model would have cost $80 after shipping. That model includes a chime, but the chime wasn’t needed. I took a flier on this one because of the price. After a week, it has kept perfect time and the pendulum works good too. Hopefully the battery lasts. I was a little worried about switching from a model that used 2 C batteries to this one that only needs a single AA battery. Time will tell, but so far I’m very happy with this purchase.

Started out great! Kept good time and pendulum movement is strong. Pendulum is still moving but the clock has quit moving the hands so it is not telling time. It is correct twice a day, though.

It worked perfectly. My wife purchased a clock while in Greece as a keepsake and I was able to repair it with this kit.
