The solid build quality of this counter top support bracket is top-notch! It was very easy to install after I had to do a little modification. I wish I could say it was a good value, but it is so heavy, it wouldn't stay straight, so I don't think the screws to support it where a good choice, due to its weight and length. The functionality of the product is too support a level countertop. Unfortunately, it would lean downward, even with proper installation as specified by the manufacturer. It didn't seem like the screws were long enough or durable enough to support the weight of the bracket.I was able to fix this issue by using some adhesive glue on the base where the screws go in, and I used longer screws than the ones it came with. I taped it to the counter top until it dried, and then it was solid and stable. Overall, it works great now and I installed it around a month ago. I haven't had any issues with it since. It definitely isn't going anywhere now!

This is a very solid and heavy duty bracket. I am using it as added support under an outdoor concrete countertop. The bracket is powder coated black to prevent rust, it only has predrilled holes on one end but I do not need those as I just have it centered underneath the countertop framing for extra support.

Ordered four of these parts, every one of them came bent. There is no quality control on these.

OK - as an engineer, I suspected that these would be crafter from tubular steel (a completely acceptable assumption given that they would be adequate to support the cantilevered countertop. I was blown away when they arrived - they are SOLID steel - very heavy weight and heavy duty. I'll install with even more confidence.

Looks like a sturdy product but when it arrived all the mounting tabs were bent up from shipping. I had purchased another brand of these and when they arrived they were securely wrapped in bubble wrap. These were not

These are the strongest supports I have used, I had a laminate top with an overhang of 20" and it needed hidden brackets, these were very strong and worked out great.

This is great for many uses beyond a countertop island. I used this to make a floating desk/bar.
