On the box (Amazon sticker): YL-1139 HIFROM made in china. No other identifiers.In the box: One muffler as pictured in the Amazon description wrapped in Chinese language newspaper. No numbers, manufacturers name or other identifiers present. No gasket.The plain steel screws holding the heat shield to the muffler are neither painted or black oxide and would be an instant rust problem. The weld on the tube at the base of the muffler (where my OEM muffler failed) was suspect and not completely painted over.This wasn't even the least expensive replacement muffler out there for my application, so for what you get based on my observations it is over-priced.

It fit right on in place of the old rusted muffler, its not as well built as the original Honda Muffler and the spark arrester screen is a complete joke of a thing I did away with it, It does sound about the same as the old one and for the price I would buy again.
