IC Graphite High Compression Thermal Pad is a permanent thermal interface alternative to thermal paste for CPU’s, GPU’s and Game stations. This product features top tier thermal performance that is uniquely stable across a wide temperature range -200C to +400C and, when used long term, should last the life of most electronic components.

IC Graphite is 100% pure graphite and non-toxic. This pad is a solid-state modular solution, with no messy applications to clean, no guessing if you have used the proper amount, just place pad and mount sink.

Troubleshooting Tip - The key to great performance is that fundamental to all thermal interface materials, whether it is a thermal compound or thermal pad, all require good contact and pressure to realize full performance. Thermal performance in this regard can be affected by several degrees, so as you would with thermal paste, be mindful of good contact and pressure for optimum performance.

Caution: IC Graphite is electrically conductive! Any contact with electrical components when the computer is turned on can permanently damage the components. Please ensure that the system is turned off during the application process and that no stray pieces are contacting any components before powering on the system.

ゲーム機のチップ伝熱用(グリスの代替)で購入しました。クリスに比較すると熱伝導率も高く、また経年劣化の度合いも小さいと思いますし他のサーマルパッドと比べても熱伝導率が高いほうで、かつお値段は控えめだと思いました。そこそこ高熱伝導率が欲しく、コスパも考えたいなら、こちらはおススメです。

You dont need paste any more, use those instead, fits ryzen 5900x well.

Really impressed. Bought this to replace the stock pad on my 6900 xt. Temps are very similar to the original one. Was very easy to apply. To prevent it from sliding and able to cut a bigger peice to ensure full coverage of the die I put 0.5mm thermal pads squished down on the little caps around the die. That way I was able to cut a big piece to fully cover the die and not worry about contacting the small caps around the die.

Super flimsy. I know it doesn't adhere but so lightweight that a breath can move it. I would not and did not trust this to keep my processor cool. I know how it works and I have a hefty fan but until I get better facts on these pads. Hard Pass.

When changing the thermal pads and paste on my miner rig, thought I'd try these. Did not work for me. The rx580 gpu I tried it on failed miserably. Once installed I started my miner. The gpu with this pad immediately overheated. Temp shot up to over 515 degrees Celsius. In the past I have used a more expensive graphite pad and it worked ok but hey are too expensive for me to use on all my gpu's. I'll stick to paste. These pads may work well on other components but they are not for me.

First, I installed one on a new build, no POST! I checked over all my connections and tried again, still nothing. I removed it,used thermal paste and sure enough was in the BIOS!Next, on a hunch, as I've heard stories of too thin of a paste as well as pads, I installed another in an HP machine. Wiped off the old thermal paste and placed this thermal pad on, secured it and sure enough, the HP System would not start!Upon removal, these pads are extremely thin and it began to tear. I've other graphite pads that are actually removable and work fine on a number of systems! I thought I was getting a deal on five for the same price as two from Innovation so I'll stick with them.

Ojo que sirven para sustituir la pasta térmica y no las almohadillas térmicas.Desde que descubrí las almohadillas térmicas de carbono/grafito, lo único que me molesta es que no las usé antes. Usé carbonaut en mi RTX 3080, que sofre pump-out después de unos meses de aplicar pasta térmica, y tengo las mismas temperaturas que 2 meses después de una aplicaccion de hydronaut.Pensé en comprar estas porque son más baratas que carbonaut. Lo puse en PS4 Pro y fue impecable.Usé pasta térmica en el procesador, puse un carton encima para delinear, corté el cartón con la medida correcta, limpié la pasta del cartón, lo puse encima de la almohadilla térmica y luego simplemente la corté con unas tijeras. (Con una carbonaut es mejor presionar con una cuchilla que con tijeras). Déspues limpie el processador.Usé arctic silver ceramique 2 encima de los capacitores alrededor del procesador, puse pasta en las 4 esquinas del procesador solo para sujetar la almohadilla térmica (4 bolitas con 1 a 2 mm de diámetro), presioné y está listo para instalar.Ojo que necesita buen contacto y presión para funcionar, por lo que en portátiles, donde la presión es baja y los disipadores suelen hacer mal contacto, puede que no funcione.Si dura un monton como dicen, entoncés será lo único que usaré daqui en delante. Casi todos los anos tengo que desmontar las consolas e la tarjeta gráfica para cambiar la pasta, y créo que finalmente se acabo. Ahora, aire comprimido y está echo.

I used that on my 6800 XT. I recommend an extremely thin layer of high-conductivity thermal paste in both the IHS and copper surface since these pads are slightly porous and you want 100% surface contact, also it helps keep the thing in place as you reassemble/screw a graphics card.In theory just using the paste should deliver better thermals, but this is very hard on some cards like the 6800 XT which is very finicky in terms of the exact placement and mounting pressures especially if you want or need to replace all the pads. The high compression pad always works, and thermals are pretty good.

I've used these on everything from old AMD phenom CPU, to modern day Ryzen CPUs and they run cool and stable and if you want to try different heatsinks this is a no mess, reusable solution.
