Directions: Use 30 ml of tube before event and 30 ml after event to replace vitamins, minerals, and amino acids lost during excess exercise or heat. Keep ample drinking water supplied. Each tube = 6 doses.

These are easy to use and I use them 1 syringe= 3 doses during a 50 mile ride.
