This item came in, in what seemed to be in good condition. However, once it was connected with the rest, we found that no power was going through the unit. The power up to the machine was tested and we found it to be 26V. we tested the "motor out" and there was no power. We tried the switch in all three conditions with the dial all the way up and nothing.
