Not being a golf cart mechanic a friend of mine and I took the old controller out and put the new one in. It bolts up in exactly the same place as the old one did. the only problem we had was we had to get some longer wires so everything would hookup in the right place. We only called AllTrax once to make sure we were hooking up things right. The golf cart now runs great.
