Kindly note:
- The hour and minute hands had a protective plastic coating that needs to be carefully removed.
- Be careful not to bend the hands with too much pressure.
- Do not tighten the brass hex nut too tight
- Press hard to get all clock hands in place
- Check if all hands are aligned
- Check the size before buying.

Like all replacements, had to adjust the hands so they did not bind. Once I did this it ran fine, but it does gain time, a lot. so do not expect to use the clock for exact time. It did save my mantle clock when the 500 dollare brass works broke and I did not want to repair or replace at the same price.

Hour hand doesn't fit shaft. Doesn't keep time when you do find a piece that fits. Frustrating.

The excellent description of this product enabled me to purchase the exact size unit that I needed to work in my wall clock. Purchased as a gift for Christmas on a handmade album art piece. My daughter had it hung but never put a battery in until now. She can’t get the battery into it to function?! Not sure how to contact company, but as of now it’s a for show click that doesn’t work 🙁

I LOVE this little repair job.There are 3 packs of clock hands for my choice and they can be mix and matched.The clock mechanism is truly silent,and easy to assemble,and so far, it is keeping great time.
