This split lock washer provides a circular bearing surface with offset split ends which help bite into the mating material to provide a locking feature when tightened beneath a nut. It is round with a hole in the center and can be used where loosening from corrosion or vibration is a concern. Lock washers are commonly used in any application using a bolt where two pieces are being drawn together.

I've been looking for these lock washers for awhile! They fit perfectly on my old dumbell set and keeps the spin collars in place so I don't have to keep tightening them in-between sets. You can't go wrong with these!

I returned these because they were too heavy duty. I intended on using them on my barbells. Didn’t work out.

I got these to use with my spin-on dumbbells and they work just fine, but you should know that they are very heavy duty (heavier than I would have preferred) and will therefore be hard to compress, which could cause your weights to be slightly angled when secured. Not a problem for me, so I've kept them and they work fine.

I bought these to use with my 1" spin-lock dumbbells and they work great. Almost completely eliminates any movement and I no longer have to tighten the lock after every set.

These washers are nearly too good for 1inch dumbbell weights. The vendor picture for the washer does not reflect its thickness. Very heavy duty. Polished chrome. Looks great.
