I purchased this product for my granddaughter for Christmas.. upon arrival, one of the cups were broken. I made an exchange for the another one just to be delivered the next day broken again. There is no fragile tag on the box. Not a highly recommend item.

Leider kam das Set schon mit 1 kaputten Schale an. Dennoch wollte ich es behalten, weil es optisch total schön ist.Leider saut die Kanne beim einschenken sehr, ohne Teetablett wäre ich echt aufgeschmissen. Für den Preis okay, aber auch nicht mehr Wert.

This tea set is so beautiful. I bought for me & my mom for Mother’s Day. Just love it so much. I use everyday now. Feel my tea stays hotter now too instead of just being in an open cup.

It is a very beautiful set my my first Order it came in broken, I returned it again and ask for a different set , that came in it was broken as well. Luckly even though it not that lucky, only one tea cup was broken
