I love the bench for what I need (hip thrusts). It is lightweight. However, it still slides a bit on my padded basement floor, which is why i deducted a star.

I workout quite a bit, and I like using oddball, functional equipment. I have clubs, maces, kettlebells, sandbags, dragging sleds, just all sorts of toys. I'm always looking for new ways to challenge myself, and I've wanted a plyo block for some time, so when I saw this one I decided to give it a try.It arrived in a box and in near-mint condition. It includes just the box. There are SO many uses for this box! You can do box squats, all sorts of plyo work, hip thrusts, lunges with leg supported. It's almost endless. The box is heavy and heavy duty. It's covered in some kind of a rubber that looks good, holds the floor well (this thing isn't going to slide unless you make it), but does have a bit of an odd smell. It seems to be fading, but it smells a bit like new shoes.Overall I'm thrilled with this box and am looking forward to incorporating it into my routine.I recommend!

I bought the hip thrust bench for my girlfriend so she could work out at home. The size of the product is just right for a smaller room and she loves the non-slip bottom as it works great on our carpeted floors. Works great with using kettlebells for her step ups, lunges and hip thrusts. I've tested as well and it definitely helps target your glutes multiple ways. I would recommend for anyone who want's to get more variation with home workouts.

I got this to use when I do thrusts in my home gym, I was previously using a foam box and I prefer this instead. This box is like a giant flip flop, it’s made out of the same material and has a shoe bottom so it doesn’t slide. It has two different angles for your thrust preference. I like the more angled side. It’s quite comfortable and the perfect height. If you are new to box jumps and step ups this box will be better for you because it has a little angle on the top making it more comfortable to step up too. This box can be your assist for pull-ups too, you can use it to give you a boost. The foam scratches some when other surfaces rub but it doesn’t cause any damage, it’s pretty durable and will last for many years as long as you use it as it was intended.Overall this box has several uses in a home gym and I would suggest for proper thrust form.

I don’t know how it does it, but this thing holds strong to every floor I’ve set it on. I have a really old-fashioned 70s tile floor in the basement that has a slickness to it that nothing sticks to -and this thing definitely held tight. It also worked on my vinyl kitchen floor and also on the ceramic tile in my bathroom (not that I’m using in there, but I just had to give it a shot lol).We also have low pile, barber carpet in our gym, and it worked well in there as well. This is a great box to step up on, I will be using it for hip throws, but you can absolutely do all kinds of other exercises with this because it is such a large size.I think the price is right on point, I have one that I’ve paid about the same price for that is way smaller and does not stay in place as well. 10/10Exceptional material on the bottom, and a very soft, yet super hard/stable foam on the top.You won’t be disappointed, this is the one to buy.

it is very bulky I honestly don’t even know where to put it in my house. I feel like it’s always in the way, but overall it works for my workouts. It’s very sturdy. It’s very comfortable. The quality is all there. You know the quality is there when your kids jump all over it use it as a slide. Use it as their own playground and is still put together

This works perfectly in our personal training studio. Love that it doesn't move when you use it, no slipping and sliding. Also appreciate that it is a little lower to the ground than a bench for those who are petite. It is comfortable to use as it is made from really dense foam. I don't find the size to be too large but I can imagine if you are using it for a home gym, it might take up more space than is desirable.
