This carburetor did not work well for me, the carburetor does not allow throttle control, when its cold it has limited low rpm control as the engine warms up the carburetor throttles up on its own to very high rpm without the ability to throttle down, even holding the butterfly closed by hand would not slow the engine, the governor had no effect on the runaway speed.

I had high hopes, but this carburetor does not throttle down, as it warms up it continues to accelerate and cant be throttled down, I tried to manually adjust it but it only affected the initial startup then after its warmed up it runs away, even manually closing the throttle against the idle stop doesn't help.
