Your cart is empty.Locks should not be impractical, which is why our Hiplok Spin locks have a patented Clip + Ride system, which means that you can simply wrap the lock around the waist and keep it always at hand. You wear this lock like you would a belt. Well, you don't feed it through the belt loops of your pants, instead, you wrap it around your waist and adjust the velcro strap until it fits securely and comfortably. Thanks to the four-digit, individually adjustable combination lock, no key is required and the lock is ready for use at any time. 6mm thick hardened steel chain links provide reliable protection when you have to keep your bike out of sight.

Solide Kette in signalgelbem Schlauch.

I got this a couple of years ago. I didn't really need anything heavy-duty (like a U-lock) since I store my bike in my garage, so I really only need to lock the bike if I stop somewhere for a short time - like outside of a store or coffee shop while I run inside. This thing is perfect for that - and it's super convenient since it just buckles around your waist like a belt when not in use. I'd buy this again for sure.

Grundlegende Sicherheit ist also gegeben.

I purchased this bike lock for my husband’s birthday. When he received it, he could not open the lock or change the pass code. I reached out to customer service and within less than a week I had a brand new lock at my door. The only proof I needed was my invoice from Amazon.

I figure there are two types of bicycle thieves, the opportunist and the professional. The first sees an unprotected bike, grabs it and rides off into the sunset. This guy is easy to deter with the cheapest of locks. The second type comes prepared with tools that can quickly overcome the most robust of locks with the angle grinder being the current tool of choice.I recently had the opportunity to check out just how effective this kind attack could be against the Hiplok Spin when I discovered my four digit code would no longer open the lock (go figure). As I was fiddling with the lock a stranger wandering past asked about what I was doing and I explained my situation and how I was planning to go over to Home Depot to purchase an angle grinder to cut the chain. He said that he had an angle grinder in his pickup truck and that he would be glad to help. It took less than fifteen seconds for him to sever the chain and free my ebike. So much for the Hiplok.I ordered a Litelok X1 (search Youtube for "Grinder resistant locks") in hopes that the pro will give up after wearing out five grinder disks and move on to a softer target.

Great product, feels well designed/built and secure, best way to carry a fairly chunky chain, let’s the bike take the weight. Nice design features like rotating lock pin and Velcro cover to protect it when worn. Chain is quite short so slightly less flexible as to where you can lock up, but not usually an issue. Good balance of weight, price point and security.

This lock is great. I have an abus u-lock for the front wheel and I bring this along for the rear wheel. You wear it around your waist and even though it's metal and a bit heavy, after a few minutes I have to check and see if I remembered to bring it because it's comfortable to wear.

the last digit on this lock does not align. we've WD-40ed it & tried any number of tricks. my 13 year old son hates locking up his bike as it is. with the drama of the last digit catching & not syncing with his entered number, he really balks at using it at all. this was a super cool idea of a bike lock as it offers him visibility, the ability to carry a lock without a bag & great security. however, if the combo doesn't work, there's no point to any of this.

I wish I had this instead of a cable lock when a thief stole my Kona bike in broad daylight in Tucson. Just nonchalantly clipped the cable with a cable cutter in front of a bar in a busy commercial district.I know that this lock would be exponentially more difficult to compromise under the same circumstances.Even though it is pretty heavy, I don't even feel it around my waist.

Great product, great design to carry but the plastic to hold the velcro needs to be stronger. In fact great idea would be to have an adjustable strap while wearing.
