The hooks were nice and heavy and not some cheap hook that so many others are selling. They were easy to install which only took about 15 minutes to put two of them up. It would be nice if it came with a paper template to help with putting the hook exactly where needed, but not the end of the world without it.

We have anchored these in 3 times and they still come out of the walls with an extra large towel. Resorting to extra large screws to make it hold
