I was skeptic buying his foreign-made cartridge.....skeptic of the quality of print, and how MUCH I can print from this one cartridge.....and that part is still out for debate bc I just started using the cartridge. The price is excellent.....TIME will tell on the continual quality of the product.

Worked as well as we expected. Used in a retail printer printed daily about 25 pages and 10-15 pg reports at night

Drum works great on text, printed documents, with perfectly white backgrounds. Tried printing an SAT ticket that included a photo and light blue background - had the gray scale box checked and the ticket came out pretty much dark gray. Couldn't read the text or see whose photo was in the corner. Put our old used up drum back in - ticket printed fine.

No and the company it came from Vision Supplies sucks. Will never order anything else from vision supplies. The return cost three times more than the product.

Do not buy for a Dell e310dw. The rod used on the drum kit is not attached and cannot be attached - I was told this is for patent reasons. Too bad the drum kit goes it rod-side down, so you literally half to tape or super glue the clips to the rest of the drum kit. The instructions also have zero applicability to the Dell e310dw, with reference to buttons and commands that do not exist on this printer. Do yourself and buy the OEM for $10 more. This company will make you jump through hoops and send pictures when you try to return the item, even though it is an incomplete knock-off by their own admission.

Didn't know my printer needed a new drum. Once I realized it I ordered this and it was delivered within 2 days and is working great!
