Leanthened the pull distance about an inch and fits the stock like a glove. Didn't buy for recoil reduction but wow this pad is supple and would soften a 12 Gauge for sure!

Used this on a Savage Mk II FV-SR. It's not a perfect fit, but close. Very usuable as is but it is a tad loose. Maybe some heat would shrink it a little and make it fit the stock more snug. Since it's not listed as even fitting this rifle, I'm giving it top marks because it works for this purpose well enough for me.
