Hobbs Heirloom Premium 80/20 Bleached Cotton Blend Batting is highly recommended for use when working with white or very light colored quilts. The bleached 100% cotton fibers, combined with the fine, white polyester fibers, provide a very white batting that will keep quilts made with white or light-colored fabrics nice and bright.

Hobbs Heirloom Premium 80/20 Bleached Cotton Blend Batting is wonderful to quilt by hand or machine. Close quilting yields a flat, low-loft appearance, while more space between stitching lines yields a slightly higher loft.
Quilting/stitching should be every 4″ inches, or closer, and quilters may experience shrinkage of 3-5%.

Very poor quality! I thought this would be just as nice or better than what I get for Hobby Lobby. I can see through it, not happy at all and will never buy batting on a roll again!

This batting is not as dense as other batting I have used. It does fluff as you use it.

I already had Hobbs 80/20 in 96 inch wide natural but I needed white. Amazon to the rescue. But not super corporate Amazon, a small business seller. Yay! Can't go wrong with Hobbs batting in general. Longarm quilters like me go though a lot of it!
