I have radios that I've spent several hundred dollars on, and while this one at 1/10 the cost shouldn't be expected to compete... it actually holds it's own!The control is smooth, and feeds good in your hand. There isn't any noticable input lag either.Overall, super happy with it! I received this unit for free to review, but will be buying more to build RCs for my nephews!

this receiver and transitter works ok. i do get a good long range and the car is quick to respond to the controls but i feel like, somehow, my car was driving slower. I can see the difference, unless i am tripping. I do liike this combo and it work well and i, honestly cant say, for sure, but i do feel the slow down is because of this new transmitter/rx.

This is a nicely made controller and it works well. It's great for beginners and comfortable to use. I had no problems getting it synced up to my truck and it lasts awhile with good batteries in it.

This is a nice entry level transmitter/receiver combo for boats and cars. The TX is full size and has several creature comforts. There is one two position aux switch and an aux button, the steering is smooth and the strap is nice as well. The RX is small, 4 channel and has outputs for headlights and turn signals. The whole kit comes in a nice box and includes some roughly translated instructions. The light options are really cool, and the trim/reverse switches make it easy to install.My only complaints would be the lack of a lipo battery option (AA only) and the mixer is a bit vague to understand. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone building their first rig, or replacing the RX in an old one.

Its a good upgrade for beginner RC builds. Used it on my WPL C14 and it worked good. It's definitely an improvement to the remote that came with it. I recommend it for beginners who are starting to dabble in RC upgrades.

Well packaged in a box that also comes with an instruction manual. The radio is powered by 4 AA batteries, no option for a 2S lipo. The steering knob foams are firm and the action on the springs are also firm. The receiver size is quite bigger than competitors but works just fine. This whole thing comes with a lanyard, which was thoughtful. The adjustment controls on the radio are easy to read and operate. Binding between the radio and receiver has been set but if re-binding is needed, no plug seems to be required to do so. Again, this is a decent radio and will work for most rigs.
