With the Hobie Fold and Stow Cart I can transport my Mirage Outback with ease. It's travels well, even on some of the semi-technical trails (roots and rocks) and I love the way the wheels come off and the rest of it folds so I can stow it in the front hatch when I'm on the lake.

The push button that holds the tires to the shaft wore down and will not hold the tire on any moreLimited use before this happened, great concept but for the money not worth the buy for the name!

I was about to buy the regular cart but this cart is a much better design and can easily be stored on the kayak after folding it away. All Hobie accessories are expensive but I think this might prove to be almost worth it.

I got this for my Hobie Rev 13. (only works on Hobie rotomolded Kayaks). It is nice if you kayak multiple public places. I would get the solid units if you have a safe shore to leave it. This unit is for people who must keep wheels with them. It folds up and can be stowed. This makes the heavy Hobie easier to handle on land than a 40lb kayak. My comparison is from experience. This lets you launch with ease from any boat ramp. Do not store you yak on these as mfg warns it can break your ports.

This cart really takes the work out of moving my kayak between storage-vehicle, vehicle-launch point. Expensive but worth it. I've seen other cheaper carts that require the kayak to be secured with a strap. What a pain. Not this one. Poles easily fit in kayak's scupper(s) and gravity pretty much does the rest in keeping them in place while you're moving the kayak. Super easy to set up and collapse for storage. Would highly recommend this product.
